In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have put together a “frequently asked questions”- FAQ- for you to review.

Room Rate 

  • The Junior is- $39; the Superior- $49; the en-suite & the Balcony room- $59 – plus the local tax / service charge.
  • There is a $5 dollars surcharge for each “local guests” visiting you in the room and a $10 for an overnight local guest staying in the room.
  • To complete your booking we request 2 prepaid nights payable with a Visa/Mastercard card and the balance is payable upon arrival either in cash or by any credit card.
  • If a second person occupies the room there is a charge of $10 for night.

Our Services

Upon request we offer:

1-) Free referrals to local restaurants, bars, clubs, markets, attractions and other things to do while in the city.

2-) Side trip to Boca Chica Beach @ $25 dollars per person round trip

3-) In-room massage @ $60 dollars

4-) Manicure/pedicure services at @30 for both

5-) Laundry/Dry clean services cost varied according to pieces.

6-) In the room meal from the local restaurant across the street.

7-) Airport pick up services at $40 per trip- same price as any taxi fare- but safer and directly to the hotel.

9-) Owner Supervision: If you need to talk to someone “the boss” is always there, just for you. He lives there too… he will greet you upon arrival and advise on what to do and not to do, places to visit and on how to better use your time while in Santo Domingo.

  • For having the privilege of using of our services and to be in our guest house as non registered guest, locals must buy a $ 5.00 Visitor Card payable in dollars or the equivalent in Dominican pesos. The Visitor Card is valid for multiple entrances for a period of 24 hrs if used to visit same registered guest.
  • If a registered guest wants to add a second person to their booking or if a local visitor stays with the registered guest overnight there is a charge of $ 10.00 per night.

Check- In & Out / Due payment of “Extras”

  • Check-in is at 9:00 am (if room is available) if not, at 1:00 pm and check out at 11:30 am. If you need to keep your room beyond that time let us know in advance. There is a $10.00 fee for late checkout applicable to those guests who wish to delay their stay in the room till no longer than 3:30 pm (if the room is available). Ask for an early/late check in and check out if needed.

Damage to Property

  • Guests are held responsible for any loss or damage to the property (furniture, decorations, facilities insides the room) caused by themselves, their visitors or any person for whom they are responsible. Prices to be paid for “damaged goods” are available from the management upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Once a guest secure the room with his VISA card or any other credit card via paypal or cash deposit then those funds are not refundable. If the guest is a “no show” or cancel the booking prior arrival, for any given reason, then the full balance will become due and it will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.

The charge will be done on any subsequent day(s) thereafter and until the balance gets paid in full. Unfortunately, this policy was implemented a result of previous bad experiences with no-show customers, fake and emotional bookings, last minute cancellations and other given reasons.
